Community Support Services We provide quality caregiver relief for families who have a member of the family who is developmentally disabled. Services are provided in the family home to allow other family members time to manage other day to day living needs as well as providing skills to gain greater independence. Family Support Services Each service is based on individual and family needs. Personal care and medical supervision is provided in home and community settings. By offering overnight, late evening, daytime and weekend coverage, flexibility can be offered based on family need. Sibling care is also available for children 12 years and under while the family is taking care of personal needs. Recreation Programs Opportunities are provided for families who qualify for out of home recreation. People are provided with staff support and transportation to participate in recreational activities of their choice. Activities may be one-on-one or in small groups. The programs also focus on helping each person improve their social behavior skills while in the community.
