Holley Road Holley Road is located in a lovely park like setting in West Elmira. The residence provides handicapped accesibility while encouraging independence. Hoffman Road Our Hoffman Road facility was contructed specifically to meet each person's unique physical needs. The home contains all of the necessary therapeutic and rehabilitative equipment while maintaining a home environment in a residential park-like setting. Second Street Our Second Street home is an integral part of a well established neighborhood. The residence has maintained it's original charm while adapting to the unique needs of the residents. The home is for those who are more ambulatory and more independent. Ithaca Road Our Ithaca Road Facility was the first of our residences. It contains 2 home-like living units, each housing 9 to 13 persons and most have private rooms. The building was designed and built to meet the individuals unique medical, physical and social needs. The building also houses our Day Service Program and medical staff. Short Hills Drive The residence on Short Hills Drive in Horseheads was built in a beautiful residential neighborhood. The building was designed to create a family home environment while attending to accesabilitiy needs. Westlake Street The home on Westlake Street was designed and built in a beautiful village neighborhood, close to shopping, libraries, etc. Like Short Hills, the home was designed to provide a home environment while providing handicapped accesibility. Rolling Acres Opened in the Spring of 2009, our home on Rolling Acres Drive in Pine City is set in a pastoral country neighborhood. The home is a welcome part of a small community and allows the residents to become involved in community and neighborhood activities. The building was designed so that each resident maintains their own independence while fostering a close family environment. State Route 13 Opened in March of 2010, this home is the newest of our homes. It was designed to be completely accessible and offers facilities that encourage independence and assist in daily living skills. The home is set in a wooded setting, creating for a peaceful, laid back environment. It is completely accessible and very modern in its design, allowing for independence as well as creating a harmonious family environment.
